摘要
试样溶解后，分取适量溶液，在碱性介质中，以丁二酮肟为显色剂用光度法测定镍的含量。该方法操作过程简单，稳定性好，准确度高。
After the sample is dissolved, take proper solution, determined the content of nickel by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometric in alkaline medium. This method has simple operation, well stability and precision.
