基于文化单元的参与式村级农村居民点调整方法——以重庆市燕坝村为例

Method of Relocating the Rural Settlements at Village Level Based on Cultural Character Zones in the Context of Public Participation:A Case of Yanba Village in Chongqing City

研究目的:通过对重庆市燕坝村农村居民点布局调整的研究,探讨公共参与下旨在协调利益相关者的社会经济利益和维护乡村文化的农村居民点调整的流程及方法。研究方法:基于问卷与访谈的公共参与法。研究结果:燕坝村农村居民点调整后节约集约利用了农村土地,空间布局上相对集中。研究结论:燕坝村农村居民点的调整满足了利益相关者的社会经济需求,对燕坝村的乡村文化的冲击较小,且易于实施。

The purpose of this paper was to explore the method of relocating the rural settlements at village level in the context of public participation and the combination of social, economic, and cultural benefits of related stakeholders through a case study of Yanba Village in Chongqing City. Methods of interview and questionnaire were employed. The results indicated that the rural settlement areas were more intensively used and more reasonably distribution. It is concluded that the method of relocating needs of most stakeholders and cause less relocation could be carried out easily. damages on regarding spatially rural settlements proposed could satisfy the social-economic the culture of the Yanba Village. Furthermore, the plan ofrelocation could be carried out easily.
