摘要
教育发展方式是实现教育发展的方法、手段和模式,我国教育服务于社会发展与人的发展的能力尚有明显不足,教育发展方式亟待转变。教育发展方式的转变有三条路径即结构路径、技术路径和制度路径,分别关注教育结构的调整、教学模式的改革、教育管理方式的转变,其中优先事项是教育类别结构和专业结构的优化、教师教学技能的改进、以及教育评价制度与问责制度的完善。
Educational development mode is a kinds of method, means, and pattern to achieve educational development goals. Currently, the ability of Chinese education to serve the social and individual development is apparently scant. Therefore, it is imperative to transform the Chinese educational development mode. There are three paths to reach the transformation, in- eluding structural path, technical path, and institutional path. These three paths address, respectively, the adjustment of educa- tional structure, the reform of instrnctional mode, and the change of educational administration mode. The priorities along the three paths are the optimisation of the classified structure and specialty structure of education, the enhancement of teachers' teaching skills, as well as the improvement of educational evaluation system and accountability system.
