摘要
报告一13岁男性患儿 ,临床表现为结膜炎 ,口腔炎、尿道炎、皮肤渗出性粘液性及脓性角化性损害 ,诊断为不完全型Reit er病。经抗生素、糖皮质激素及支持治疗后一般情况好转。本文主要讨论了该病的病因、病理特点、鉴别诊断及其与肿瘤的关系。
A patient with incomplete Reiters disease is reported. This 13 year old boy presented keratoderma blennorrhagicum for 2 years and iritis, balanoposthitis and urethritis for 10 days. There were erosions and purulent secretion in the month and on the balanus, rupioid eruptions on the left hip joint and the right knee. After treatment with antibiotic, corticosteroid and supportive therapeutics, the general conditions improved. The etiology, pathology, and differential diagnosis of Reiter's disease and its relationship with neoplasms are discussed.
