犯罪学实证研究方法论导向——重温芝加哥学派的历史经验

芝加哥学派是现代犯罪学登上历史舞台的先锋,影响深远。20世纪30年代芝加哥学派的理论成果与研究方法就在我国得到传播与应用。重温芝加哥学派实证研究的执着精神和科学理念、重视实地调查与经验研究的方法有助于启发我国开展犯罪学本土实证研究。在新的历史时期发挥芝加哥学派在我国犯罪学研究中的应有作用,需要具备实证研究的信念,更要养成实证研究的习惯;充分重视芝加哥学派以田野调查方式为主的质性研究方法;积极延伸犯罪学实证研究发展的学术链。

During this new historical period,on the one hand,it requires the belief of empirical research,and moreover the habit of empirical research to play the role of Chicago school on criminological research in China,on the other hand,we should pay full attention to the qualitative study methodology of Chicago school which focused on the field investigation,and actively extend the academic chain of the development of the criminological empirical research.
