河南保安职业化现状及特点分析

Characteristics and Present Status of Security Guard Service in Henan Province

实现保安职业化是经济、社会发展的必然要求,也是保安服务业发展的基本保证。河南保安业经过20多年的发展,保安服务业逐步壮大,并日益成为一个新兴的产业。但保安业的职业化现状却令人担忧,保安队伍不稳定,各项待遇低,职业素质低,社会认同感差,服务质量和水平不高等,已经严重影响到保安服务业健康发展,成为制约职业化进程的重要因素。研究和分析保安职业化发展现状,是加强职业化建设的基础和当务之急,它对推进保安职业化进程具有积极作用。

The professionalization of security guard service is the inevitable requirement of economic and social development,and is also the basic guarantee of its own development.The security guard service has developed into a new industry after more than 20 years development in Henan province.Although the guard troop is getting larger,some problems do exist due to the instability of the troop,the low payment received,the poor qualification of the personnel in the service,the lack of social acceptance,and the unsatisfactory service provided,etc.,all of which have greatly hampered the sound development of security service industry and its professionalization as well.Hence,it is urgent to research into the present status of the industry in order to enhance its construction and promote its professionalization process.
