"教、学、训、战"一体化是公安教育体制改革下教育训练的新模式。公安教育是职业教育,属于高等职业教育的一种类型,以实战为导向,注重理论与实践结合。基于训练模式转变,其教学方法方式转变要从"双师型"师资队伍建设、教学方法的多元化、教学中心转变等方面入手,同时要考虑到教与学的结合。

The integration of＂teaching,learning,training,combating＂ is a brand new training pattern in the era of police education reform.Police education as an important part of vocational education guided by practical necessity should be combined with police actual practice.According to changes in training patterns,the construction of policing teaching methodology need start with enhancing teaching strength,diversifying teaching methods,transforming teaching focuses,linking teaching and learning etc.
