摘要
目的:检测特应性皮炎(AD)患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的表达。方法:采用放射免疫法免疫组化法测定22例AD患者及20例正常对照者血浆CGRP的表达水平,采用EASI评分评估患者病情,分析AD患者CGRP的表达与EASI评分相关性。结果:AD患者血浆CGRP的表达水平明显低于健康对照者(P=0.0001),血浆CGRP表达水平与EASI评分呈显著负相关(P=0.0016)。结论:CGRP的过度表达可作为判断特应性皮炎病情严重程度指标之一。
Objective： To investigate the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide （CGRP） in patients with atopic dermatitis （AD）. Methods： Twenty- two adult patients with AD and 20 health control were sequentially en- rolled in this study. The production of CGRP was measured by radioimmunity assay. The severity of the disease was measured by eczema area and severity index （EASI）. The correlation between the expression of CGRP and EASI was analyzed. Results： The expression of CGRP in AD was significantly lower than that in health control （ P = 0.0001）. There was a significant negative correlation was found between the expression of CGRP and EASI score （ P = 0.0016）. Conclusion： The over- expression of CGRP can be used as a parameter in evaluation of the severity of AD.
