车用液力减速器叶片数三维集成优化 被引量:13

摘要 为了对车用液力减速器叶片数目进行参数优化,建立了液力减速器叶栅参数三维集成优化仿真平台。以叶片数为设计变量,三维CFD计算作为求解器进行DOE试验设计,并根据试验样本结果构建RSM模型进行优化,得到液力减速器动、定轮最优叶片数。就叶片数对液力减速器内流场特性、制动外特性的影响进行了分析,并结合试验数据对优化前、后缓速制动性能进行了对比。结果表明,优化仿真平台精度较高,结果可信。优化后的液力减速器缓速制动性能显著提高。 To optimize the parameters of blade numbers of vehicular hydraulic retarder,a 3-D integrated optimization platform was established.The brake torque of hydraulic retarder was calculated with CFD solver and DOE technique of design variable.With DOE results,the RSM model was built to get the optimum parameters.The relationship of internal flow field and brake performance with the varying blade numbers was analyzed and concluded.Comparison of experimental data and simulation results before and after the optimization showed that the brake performance of hydraulic retarder with the optimum parameters was improved observably,and the 3-D integrated optimization platform was accurate and reliable.
