摘要
采用计算流体力学和颗粒离散元耦合的方法模拟风筛式清选装置中物料在筛面上的运动,并将模拟结果和试验结果进行了对比。仿真结果表明:在一定范围内风机出风口风速增加,物料后移速度增加,有助于提高振动筛的处理能力,但也会增加籽粒的损失;风速增加使籽粒在筛下分布后移,在15分区后籽粒数量很少。通过试验验证表明,利用CFD-DEM耦合对风筛式清选装置进行数值模拟是可行的。
The material motion on the screen surface of air-and-screen cleaning device was simulated by using CFD-DEM coupled method,and experimental results and simulation results were compared.Simulation results showed that with the increasing wind speed,vibrating screen processing power would improve in a certain range,while grain losses would increase.With the increasing wind speed,the grain passed through the screen surface and decreased after section 15.It showed that numerical simulation of material motion on vibrating screen of air-and-screen cleaning device based on CFD-DEM was feasible.
