摘要
针对棉花中白色异性纤维检测,分析了棉纤维与异性纤维不同的反光特性,在此基础上提出了一种基于线激光的检测方法。实验结果表明,在线激光照射下,棉花与白色异性纤维图像的灰度直方图呈双峰特性,显著提高了白色异性纤维与棉花背景之间的对比度,简单的图像二值化分割算法就能有效检测出大部分白色异性纤维,对6种典型实验白色异性纤维的平均检出率为92.08%。
To solve the problem of detecting white foreign fibers in cotton,the optical characteristics of cotton and foreign fibers were analyzed,and then a detecting method based on a line-construction laser for illumination was set up.The experimental results indicated that the histograms of the gray images of cotton and white foreign fibers were of dual-peak distributions,and the contrast between white foreign fibers and cotton was remarkably enhanced by the detecting method.Thus,a simple threshold segmentation algorithm was effectively used for detection of the white foreign fibers in cotton.The results indicated that the mean detectable rate of six typical foreign fibers reached to 92.08%.
