摘要
[目的]综述近年来对糖尿病肾病的中医药研究进展以便为临床及科研提供理论依据和临床治疗方案。[方法]通过近年有关中医各家对糖尿病肾病的文献报道,并对其进行归纳、分析和总结。从病因病机、辨证论治等方面进行研究,从分期分型和复方及单味药,不同层面揭示中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展。[结论]中医药对糖尿病肾病具有较好的治疗作用和研究价值。
[Objective]We summarize research progress of treating diabetic nephropathy by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years in order to provide theoretical proof and clinical treating ways.[Methods]We summarize,analyze and conclude related scholars of traditional chinese medicine＇s reports on diabetic nephropathy literatures.We announce research progress of treating diabetic nephropathy by traditional chinese medicine respectively from different levels of pathogenesis,treatment according to syndrome differentiation,phases and types of disease,compound and single herb medicine.[Conclusion]Traditional chinese medicine and pharmacology have good treatment effect and study value.
