摘要
[目的]观察针刺阳陵泉穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]将300例患者随机分为两组。对照组144例采用牵引、推拿治疗;治疗组156例在对照组治疗基础上采用针刺阳陵泉穴治疗。经过3个疗程(45d)治疗后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈82例,显效68例,有效4例,无效2例,总显效率96.00%;对照组治愈61例,显效47例,有效27例,无效9例,总显效率75.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺阳陵泉治疗腰椎间盘突出症治疗组较对照组疗效确切,易于实施,不易复发。
[Objective]To observe effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture Yanglingquan point.[Methods]The 300 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 144 cases with traction,massage treatment.Treatment group 156 cases in the control group based on the use acupuncture Yanglingquan point.After 3 coures of treatment（45d） to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group were cure 82 cases,markedly 68 cases,effective 4 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total markedly rate for 96.00%.The control group were cure 61 cases,markedly 47 cases,effective 27 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total markedly rate for 75.00%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Acupuncture Yanglingquan treatment group than in the control group is effective,easy to implement,easy to relapse.
