摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为乙腈+水(78+22),使用Hypersil C18不锈钢柱在235nm波长下同时测定乙草胺和乙氧氟草醚。该方法的标准偏差为0.0019%和0.0017%,变异系数为0.81%和1.06%,回收率分别为99.83%～101.68%和97.27%～100.49%。
The quantitative determination of acetochlor and oxyfluorfen by HPLC with Hypersil C 18 column at 235nm was described. The mobile phase was acetonitrile＋water （78＋22）.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.0019% and 0.0017%, the coefficient of variation was 0.81% and 1.06%, and the recovery was 99.83%- 101.68% and 97.27%- 100.49%.
