摘要
通过失效分析,建立压力管道的极限状态方程。采用可靠度反分析法,在已知可靠度指标的情况下,分析了设计变量服从正态分布和非正态分布2种情况的随机可靠度反问题计算理论,并用改进的一次二阶矩法对其结果进行验证;求出压力管道的可靠度指标和可靠度,给出算例,并对结果进行分析。分析结果表明,它具有较高的实用性和通用性。
By analyzed the failure of pressure pipelinea, the limit state equation was built. Considering the condition of normal and non-normal distribution for design variables, the inverse problem calculation theory of stochastic reliability was analyzed under the obtained reliability index. The results of the reliability inverse analysis were verified by advanced first order second moment. The reliability index and reliability of pressure pipelines were obtained, and an example was given. It had great practicability and commonality by analyzed the result.
