我国正处在经济大发展和社会大变化时期,作为"工业强省"战略实施正处于前进中的贵州省遵义市湄潭县,在贯彻和落实国家的政策的同时,以科学发展观为指导思想,用创新思维抢抓机遇实现跨越式发展,努力实现城镇化的伟大战略目标。湄潭县茶叶产业已稳坐贵州茶业发展的龙头地位,完成了其"贵州茶叶第一县"到"湄潭茶叶强县"的角色转换。为推动湄潭县地方经济的长足发展,全面建设小康社会,实现农村城镇化带动地区农村经济发展的成为必然选择。
