摘要 目的:通过在严重错位埋伏阻生前牙的切缘钻微孔牵引矫治的临床应用观察,总结拓展新的矫治方法。方法:经过8年中12例严重错位埋伏阻生牙的矫治,对其进行临床观察总结。结果:12例中11例效果满意,1例因根严重畸形失败。结论:对于严重错位埋伏阻生的恒牙早期进行切缘微创牵引矫治,疗效可靠,操作简便,可尽量避免患牙的拔除。 Aims:through the clinical observatim and application in the haccling coneets to ambushes anti-the tooth in the serious dislocation by the technology in cutting the leason to drill the small hole before the death.Methods:We con observe,summarize and develop the newcorreltig method as well as carry on the clinicalobservation summary to it frm the anti-live tooth'scorrecting about 12 serious dislocation ambushes during8 years.Effects:Eleven in twelve examples are satisfied,justonly one is failed because of serious abnormal image.Conclusions:We should carry on cutting the hason todrill the small hole in view of the ambushes hgarding theserious dislocation anti-lives the permanent tooth inearly time.The curative effect is reliable and theoperation is very simple so the clinical technology isworth promoting and We may avoid the trouble about thesickness tooth's wiping out as far as possible.
