摘要
目的:探讨闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定选择性治疗后踝骨折的手术方法、适应证及临床效果。方法:对采用闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗42例后踝骨折患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析;并采用X线片评估骨折愈合率和采用AOFAS足踝评分系统评估踝关节功能。结果:平均随访22个月,骨折愈合时间6～12周,AOFAS足踝评分平均96分,其中优41例,可1例,优良率97.6%。结论:闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗后踝骨折,具有恢复快、愈合率高、踝关节功能好等优点。
Objective：Of closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw fixation of ankle fractures after selective treatment clinical effect.Methods：the use of closed reduction percutaneous cannulated screw fixation of ankle fractures 42 cases of patients after data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The average follow-up was 22 months.the healing time was 6 to 12 weeks.AOFAS ankle score was 96 points,were excellent 41 cases,1 case,good rate 97.6%.Conclusion：The surgical treatment of ankle fractures,with quick recovery,healing rate,and good ankle function.
