摘要
目的:探讨宫内节育器(IUD)常见并发症发生的原因,提高宫内节育器放置的安全性及成功率。方法:通过对118例放置IUD且出现并发症的对象分析,指出了B超和X线片对诊断节育环并发症的作用。结果:118例对象中,宫内节育器下移为51例(43.2%),嵌顿33例(28.0%),断裂残留18例(15.3%),带器妊娠10例(8.5%),异位于子宫外6例(5%),118例患者均未在放置宫内节育器后定期检查。结论:临床应根据受器者的具体情况选择适当的IUD及放置时间。育龄妇女置环后应定期随访,及时发现节育器异常情况,及时处理,减少宫内节育器并发症。
Objective：To investigate the intrauterine device（IUD）common complications,improving the IUD placed the safety and success rate.Methods：118 cases of IUD placement and complications object analysis,pointed out the B ultrasound and X ray in the diagnosis of IUD complication and the role of.Results：118 cases of objects,the IUD depression for 51 cases（43.2%）,incarcerated for 33 patients（28%）,18 cases of fracture of residual（15.3%）,10 cases of pregnancy with IUD（8.5%）,located outside the uterus for 6 cases of（5%）.118 patients were not in the intrauterine contraceptive after the regular inspection.Conclusion：according to the device the selection of the appropriate IUD and placing time.Women of childbearing age after putting the ring of regular follow-up,timely detection of IUD abnormal situations,timely treatment,reduce the complications of intrauterine device.
