摘要
目的:探讨漏误诊胎儿室间隔缺损的原因及提高诊断水平的方法。方法:对产检发现后跟踪调查胎儿心脏室间隔缺损56例进行回顾性分析,重点探讨超声漏误诊原因。结果:56例室间隔缺损,伴有其他畸形34例,单纯室间隔缺损22例,符合诊断51例,漏诊3例,误诊2例。结论:诊断胎儿室间隔缺损受多方面因素影响,超声医生应了解这些因素尽量减少漏诊或误诊。
Objective：To look for cause and boost diagnostic method of fetal ventricular septal defect.Method：The data of 56 fetal hearts diagnosed as VSA were viewed and analyses in our hospital in 2008.6～2011.5.Result：the 51 of 56 cases were correctly diagnosed while three cases were missed diagnosis and two cases were misdiagnosis,and 34 cases accompanied other of malformation.Conclusion：The diagnostic result are effected by many ways of factors,the doctor of the ultrasoud must know the factors and try best to decrease the errors.
