摘要
人才是推动经济和科技发展的核心,是发展的第一资源。当前,中国发展战略性新兴产业最重要的一环,就是对高层次科技创新人才的培养。通过借鉴韩国政府和韩国优秀企业的成功经验,大力推进中国对创新人才的引进和培养工作。
Talent as the first factor for development, is the core to promote economic and technological development. Recently, training high-tech innovative talent is the key component to develop strategic emerging industries. By drawing on the successful experience from Samsung Group and Korean government, it is of great practical significance to study the important role in introducing and training innovative talents in strategic emerging industries.
