摘要
班级建设与学科教学都是学校教育的重要构成。但从教师的立场看,当前二者处于割裂状态。究其原因,主要是教师在班级建设与学科教学两大领域间面临着时间分配、外部资源、管理保障、外部要求等方面的矛盾困境。班级建设不仅具有存在的合理性,而且其与学科教学的融通是时代对学校教育、学生学习的要求,是提升教师生活质量的需要。二者综合融通的根本力量源自教师综合素质的发展,包括教师学生立场的形成、综合融通智慧的生成和生命境界的提升。
Classroom community development and course-teaching are both important components of schooling. But they are divided from teachers" standpoint at present. The main reason is that teachers have contradictions in these two fields in aspect of time allocation, external resources, management support, and external demands. The field of classroom community development has the rationality of the existence, and the integration of classroom community de'celopment and course-teaching can meet the demands of the time for schooling, students" learning and teachers" life quality. The fundamental force of integration of these two fields lies in the development of teachers" comprehensive quality, including formation of students" viewpoint, integration wisdom and improvement in life realm.
