With the rising and developing of complexity science, we have a new perspective of knowing and understanding school and the process of school change in contemporary. Nowadays, whole-school change is becoming a trend of educational reform in our country. In order to further deepen school change based on a solid theory, we must overcome the fetters of simplicity thinking and using complexity thinking to analyze the complexity of school and change process.
