本文以中小学发展变革的趋势为背景,解析了中小学校长肩负的专业职责以及所扮演的专业角色的新内涵,并基于全国中小学校长队伍建设实践,总结概括了促进校长专业发展的五种行之有效的模式。
This article has the changing era as the background, gives some analysis to the professional responsibilities and roles of primary and secondary principals, and makes a summary of five major models for enhancing their professional development based on the practice of constructing national primary and secondary principals.
