摘要
以异丙醇铝为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法和浸渍提拉技术在玻璃载片上进行涂膜并考察了溶剂中乙醇含量对Al2O3膜结构及性能的影响。结果表明:在总溶剂含量为66.4 mL时,水与无水乙醇的体积比为7∶1,经过8 h回流后可得到稳定性良好的溶胶,溶胶的粘度为6.45 mPa.s;Al2O3薄膜的热稳定较好;所采用的烧结制度是0~100℃,升温速率为0.25℃/min,保温120 min;100~170℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min,保温120 min;170~400℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min,保温120 min;400~800℃,升温速率为1℃/min,保温120 min;最后自然冷却至室温即可得到性能良好的薄膜;膜表面光滑平整,薄膜平均孔径约为20.6449 nm。
Al2O3 ceramic membranes were prepared on glasses by sol-gel method and dip-coating technique using aluminium isopropoxide as raw materials,then Al2O3 membrane was introducted by ethanol.The structures and properties were investiagated.Results show that when the general solvent content is 66.4 mL and volume ratio of water and ethanol is 7∶ 1,the sol possesses good stability and the viscosity is 6.45 mPa·s;the Al2O3 membrane has good thermal stability;when the sintering system is from 0 to 100 ℃,the heating rate is 0.25 ℃ / min,and thermal insulation is 120 min at 100 ℃;when the sintering system is from 100 to 400 ℃,the heating rate is 0.5 ℃ / min,and thermal insulation is 120 min at 400 ℃;when the sintering system is form 400 to 800 ℃,the heating rate is 1 ℃ / min,and thermal insulation is 120 min at 800 ℃;when the last temperature reduces to 20 ℃,the good performance of the membrane is obtained;the membrane surface is smooth and the average pore size is 20.6449 nm.
