淬熄距离对自反应淬熄法制备Al-Cr_2O_3系空心陶瓷微珠的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Quenching Distance on Preparing Hollow Ceramic Microspheres of Al-Cr_2O_3 System by Self-reaction Quenching Technology

摘要 以Al-Cr2O3为主反应体系,采用自反应淬熄法,研究了120 mm、170 mm、220 mm、400 mm不同淬熄距离对制备空心陶瓷微珠的影响。采用SEM、XRD、EDS、水淬熄等方法对淬熄产物表征与分析。实验结果表明:120 mm距离下喷射,淬熄产物较原始团聚粉变化不大;170 mm下喷射,团聚粉粒径相对减小并有熔融现象,出现球形颗粒;220 mm下喷射,规则球形颗粒明显增加但仍有一部分不规则状团聚颗粒,400 mm下喷射,淬熄产物基本由球形或类球形颗粒组成,粒径分布较均匀且内部为空心结构。不同淬熄距离下完成自蔓延反应的程度与反应产生的气体是影响空心复相陶瓷微珠形成的根本原因。 Al-Cr2O3 was used as reaction system,using flame quenched technology to research the effect of different quenching distance of the 120 mm,170 mm,220 mm and 400 mm on the preparation of hollow ceramic microspheres.Adopting SEM,XRD,EDS,water quenching method to characterize and analyze the quenching product.The results show that under the 120 mm spraying distance,the quenching product does not change a lot comparing with original agglomerate powder;under the 170 mm distance,the size of agglomerate powders is decrease relatively and adjoint molten phenomenon,the spherical particles appear.Under the 220 mm distance,the regular spherical particles increase obviously but a part of irregular agglomerate particles still exist.Under the 400 mm distance,the composition of the quenching product have spherical or similar spherical particles,the distribution of particle size is more uniform and the innerstructure is hollow.The level of SHS(self-propagation high-temperature synthesis)finising and the gas are the essential reasons for influencing the formation of hollow multiphase ceramic micro-spheres in different quenching distance.
