摘要
不重视水成本是我国长期以来农业经济研究中的严重不足,这既影响农产品的成本分析质量,也影响节水农业的正常发展。农业用水价格改革必须根据中国国情走渐进式、分类分层次的市场化的道路,充分考虑和解决好政策扶持和基础条件问题。
It is a shortcoming for research on agricultural economy to pay little attention to the cost of water,which not only affects the analysis of agricultural products,but also the normal development of water-saving agriculture.The reform of price of water used in agriculture must be based on China＇s reality：_taking the progressive,hierarchical and market-oriented road,fully considering and solving the problem of policy support.
