从水利系统实际出发,探讨防汛应急通信的特点和需求,对便携卫星站的总体结构进行分析,并给出相应技术参考建议,提出高可靠性、携带方便、操作简单的设计要求,阐述在水利系统的应用情况和发展前景。
Based on the reality, the essay discusses characteristics and needs of emergency communication for flood prevention, analyzes general structure of portable satellite station, and puts forward relevant technical suggestions for reference, also specifies design requirements of high reliability, convenient to carry and easy operation, expounds its application at water-related system and its development prospect.
