防汛信息化是水利信息化的重要组成部分,OTA技术已经发展成熟,可以很好地应用于防汛信息化建设中。介绍OTA技术的概念、组网结构,阐述OTA技术在防汛信息化中的拓扑结构和系统功能架构。OTA技术可以与GPRS传输、中间件、多层结构、Web Service等技术结合在一起应用在防汛信息化建设中,互为补充,介绍利用PDA,OTA,WAP等技术构建的防汛指挥及调度移动信息应用系统的应用框架和功能。

Food control information explosion process is a vital composition of information explosion process for water. OTA technology has already reached a mature stage, so it can be employed for the promotion of flood control information explosion process. The thesis makes a description about conception, networking structure of OTA, elaborates topology structure and function framework for the information system. OTA technology can be used with technologies of GPRS transmission, middleware, multi-layer structure and Web-service for construction of flood control information system. Framework of application system and functions of mobile information system for flood control command and regulation established by adopting technologies of PDA, OTA and WAP are also introduced.
