摘要
目的:研究水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子痫前期胎盘中的表达及关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测20例正常足月妊娠、20例子痫前期轻度组、20例子痫前期重度组孕妇的胎盘、胎膜组织中AQP1和VEGF的表达。结果:免疫组化显示AQP1和VEGF在3组胎盘、胎膜中均有表达,AQP1在子痫前期组胎盘上的表达较正常妊娠组上调,VEGF在子痫前期组胎盘上的表达强度弱于正常妊娠组。胎盘中AQP1和VEGF的表达不呈相关性(P>0.05)。而羊膜上的AQP1和VEGF的表达强度呈相关性(P<0.05)。结论:胎盘上AQP1的表达上调与VEGF的表达下降,可能参与子痫前期的发生和发展。
Objiective To investigate the expressions and significances of Aquaporin 1(AQP1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in placenta of patients with preeclampsia.Methods The expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in fetal membranes and placenta of 20 cases with normal term pregnancy,20 cases with mild preeclampsia,and 20 cases with severe preeclampsia were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results AQP1 and VEGF were expressed in placenta and fetal membranes in the three groups.The expression of AQP1 in placenta in patients with preeclampsia was higher and the expression of VEGF was lower than those in normal pregnancy cases.There was no correlation between the expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in placenta(P 0.05),but there was positive correlation between AQP1 and VEGF expressed in fetal membranes(P 0.05).Conclusion Upregulated expression of AQP1 and down-regulated expression of VEGF in placenta may participate in the development and progress of preeclampsia.
