GP73、可溶性GP73与肝脏疾病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 近年来,学者发现Ⅱ型高尔基体膜蛋白（GP73,golgi protein73）在各种肝脏疾病中出现高表达,尤其是在肝癌患者当中表达明显升高,诊断肝癌具有比AFP更高的敏感性,有可能成为早期肝癌的血清标志物。而sGP73（soluble GP73）,即血清中可溶性GP73,分子量较GP73稍小,
