摘要
网络环境下图书馆的服务项目不断拓展,图书馆员的服务能力面临挑战。科研能力作为服务能力的一个重要指标,图书馆员的科研能力亟待提高。基于此,文章就高校图书馆员科研能力培养的必要性及培养策略创新两个方面进行深入探讨。
The development of increasing extension of library service items in the information era challenges the semce competency of librarians. As an important criteria of service competency, the librarians＇ research competency should be improved. Based on the ahove points, this paper respectively discusses the necessity of cultivating academic librarians＇ research competency and its innovation of cultivation strategles. 5 refs.
