对于在税改试点中税负增加的企业，上海市将按照“企业据实申请．财政分类扶持、资金及时预拨”的方式实施过渡性财政扶持政策。

February 2,Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau,Shanghai Municipal State Taxation Bureau and Shanghai Local Taxation Bureau jointly issued a notice,providing that from January 1 this year,in the pilot process of Shanghai business tax reform,due to the conversion of the old and new tax regime,the pilot enterprises,according to the principle that enterprises apply according to facts,finance supports according to classification and funds are setaside timely,implement the transitional financial support policy.'Notice' clearly points that the object of the financial support is those pilot enterprises that their business tax has indeed increased after the release of the new tax system and regulations.Since the country carried out new tax pilots in?Shanghai,after several calculations,we find that the tax reform will lead to obvious increase in the corporate tax.'
