从普通话水平测试谈新时期普通话的语音规范

普通话水平测试从语音、词汇、语法和语用四个方面考查应试人掌握普通话的规范程度。其中 ,语音评定是一个重要的内容。本文针对普通话水平测试语音正误界定中存在的问题 ,就如何把握普通话语音标准的“规范度”、恰当地处理语音“缺陷” 。

The proficiency test of Putonghua aims at evaluating the candidates′ mastery of pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar and practical use of Putonghua ,with pronunciation being the key component.In view of the problems in distinguishing between right and wrong pronunciation,this paper makes a preliminary study on how to apply the norms of pronunciation in the test,how to deal with pronunciation defects,and how to set up norms on the standardized pronunciation of certain words which have been divergent due to phonetic variation.
