宫缩抑制剂在早产治疗中的应用进展

Progress on inhibitors of uterine contraction in treatment of premature delivery

妊娠满28周至不满37周间分娩者为早产。胎儿存活,无胎儿窘迫,胎膜未破,应用宫缩抑制剂抑制宫缩是治疗早产的关键。该文就近年来应用宫缩抑制剂治疗早产的研究进展作简要综述。

Premature delivery means that the delivery appears between over 28 pregnant weeks and 37 pregnant weeks. In the case that fetus survives, no fetal distress appears, fetal membranes are not broken, application of inhibitors of uterine contractions is the key to treatment of premature delivery. This article briefly reviews the reseaeh progress of inhibitors of uterine contractions in the treatment of premature delivery in recent year.
