节能减排技术在碳五分离装置中的应用

摘要 介绍了中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司化精细化工部碳五分离装置在历年技术改造中诸多节能减排技术的运用。通过溶剂能源回收利用、水环式真空泵系统优化、溶剂再生釜排渣尾气净化等项目的实施,碳五分离装置在综合能耗、加工损耗不断下降的同时,三废排放也不断减少,取得了良好的经济、环境和社会效益。 The application of various technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in C5 separation plant of Fine Chemical Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. Through implementation of solvent recycling, optimization of water - ring vacuum pump system, and purification of slag off gas emission of solvent regeneration kettle, the comprehensive energy consumption and processing wastage of C5 separation plant were continuously reduced, meanwhile, the discharge of three wastes was reduced, which achieved good economic, environmental and social benefits.
