摘要
以1000mg/L的苯酚溶液为底物,通过比较采用不同催化剂时的氧化效果,发现将Fe3+和Fe2+混合作为催化剂使用,能减少Fe2+的损失,提高催化剂的利用率,提高H2O2的利用率,从而提高Fenton体系的氧化能力。同时发现采用逐渐滴加H2O2的方式,能减少50%催化剂的用量,同时保持良好的氧化效果,使COD的去除率达到80%左右。
The oxidation activities of various catalysts were compared using 1000 mg/L phenol solution as the sub- strates. According to the experimental results, it was indicated that when FeFe^3+ and FeFe^2+were combined as composite catalysts, the loss of FeFe^2+ could be minimized and the utilization rate of the catalysts, as well as that of H202 were increased, which contributed to improve the oxidation activity of Fenton system. While H2 02 was added by drop wise, the usage of catalysts can be decreased to 50%, moreover, the good oxidation activity was maintained at the same time and the decreasing rate of COD can reach 80% approximately.
