快速成长城市外来人口长期居留意愿分析——以宁波市的调查为例

Analysis on Floating Population's Long-term Residence Willingness in the Rapid Growth City——A Case Study of Ningbo City

以宁波市为例,通过对宁波市外来人口流入长期居留的调查和深入分析,发现现阶段我国快速成长城市外来人口长期居留的主要影响因素:一是流入地具有良好的就业机会和较高的稳定的收入;二是外来农民工的就业和工资待遇、外来人口子女的入学、育龄妇女生育和生殖健康服务、社会保障等制度建设方面促进了外来人口的融合;三是宁波市在外来务工人员的住房、租房和集体宿舍的修建、管理等方面促进了外来人口居住环境和工作环境的改善;四是外来人口的年龄、受教育程度、来宁波的时间长短以及孩子是否能够在流入地就学或就业也是决定外来人口长期居留下来的主要的原因。

This paper takes Ningbo city as an example.Through the investigation and in-depth analysis on the Ningbo population of long-term residence,we found that at present stage,in our fast growing city,there are main influencing factors of floating population＇s long-term residence： first,the inflow city has good jobs and higher stability of income;second,foreign migrant workers＇ employment and wage treatment,their children receiving school education,woman of childbearing age and reproductive health services,and social security system construction promote the foreign population to fit in the city;third,Ningbo has been promoting the migrant workers＇ housing,rental and dormitory building and management so as to improve the migrants＇ living and working environment;last,the migrants＇ age,level of education,how long they stay in Ningbo and whether their children can go to school or find employment all decide whether floating population will stay for a long time.
