以学校文化引领内涵式义务教育均衡发展 被引量:5

摘要 "义务教育均衡发展"自提出至今已有近十年时间。经过近十年来的研究与实践,我国义务教育均衡发展在硬件设施配备、规章制度等方面都有了长足进步,各个地区在促进义务教育均衡发展方面也取得了一些阶段性成果。但均衡发展不应仅仅是外部资源投入的均衡,更应该是学校内部教育教学质量的提升与均衡,以学校文化视角引领则是义务教育内部均衡发展的重要途径。聚焦学校教育的内涵要素,从学校文化的价值、情感、行为3个维度出发,剖析内涵式义务教育均衡发展,指出应用文化凝聚学校中的各种力量,在校长、教师和学生中树立正确的价值取向、培养良好的情感倾向以及塑造适宜的行为方式,以此用文化引领内涵式义务教育均衡发展。 "Balanced development of compulsory education" was put forward about ten years so far.Through research and practice about one decade,China's balanced development of compulsory education has grown a lot in rules,regulations and facilities and so on,and each region has obtained some phase results.But balanced development not only is equilibrium in devoted external resource,but also is the improvement and equilibrium in interior education and teaching quality.The paper focuses on interior key elements of school education.From three dimensions of value,emotion and behavior of the school culture,this paper analyses intensively balanced development of compulsory education,and indicates that we should use culture to unite various powers in school,set up the correct value orientation,cultivate the good emotional inclination,and shape the appropriate behavior in principals,teachers and students,in which we use culture to drive intensively balanced development of compulsory education.
