摘要
论述了煤化工耐硫变换工艺流程的选择对于动、静设备选型、管道选材的影响;结合生产应用实例,探讨了设备选材的合理性和经济性对项目建设的原始投资和长周期稳定运行的重要作用;结果表明,煤化工装置应根据工艺流程特点以及温度区间和介质组分的不同选择最适宜的设备类型和管道材质。
Author has discussed the influence of selecting coal chemical anti-sulfur shift process flow on the selection of rotating/static equipment and material selection of piping; in combioation of productive application example, has discussed that the reasonableness and economy of equipment material selection had important role for original investment of project construction and long term stable operation; the result indicates that selecting the most suit- able equipment type and piping material will be according to the process flow features and the different temperature zone and components of medium for the coal chemical-engineering plant.
