摘要
目的通过对放疗设备臂架旋转角度及治疗床升降高度等有关因素进行测量及计算,得出两者碰撞的相关条件,避免因操作不慎导致机器治疗头与治疗床发生碰撞,损坏昂贵的机器,甚至导致人员伤亡。方法系统选择共面照射,治疗床及臂架在零位状态向下运动,治疗床空载,坐标系统用IEC-61217。在治疗机上测量验证与各种床的厚、宽相对应的床碰撞高度和碰撞臂角度。结果在床两侧外底角触及下旋的治疗头时,其床面高度值及Ⅱ、Ⅲ象限臂架角度就是要求证的碰撞床高和碰撞臂角。结论本研究碰撞参数公式对其他类型治疗机同样可以使用,但须注意其适用条件。
Objective To avoid careless operations that may lead to machine head and bed collision and even casualsties by measureing and calculating the rotation angle of the gantry and bed height and other relevant conditions that may lead to coUision. Methods Coplanar irradiation, bed and gantry move downward in zero state, bed empty loaded, coordinate system IEC-61217 is used. Results Once any sides of the bed touches the downward circumgyrating gantry, the bed height value and II, HI quadrant gantry angle is the required collision high and gantry angle. CoNclusion The parameter in the formula of this study is available for other treatment devices, but the condition should be suitable.
