摘要
对木材进行糠醇树脂改性能够显著提高木材尺寸稳定性、抗生物及化学侵蚀性和硬度,降低平衡含水率。木材糠醇树脂改性研究近10年来重新得到关注,并已在欧洲开始商业化生产,而国内还未见相关研究报道。文中简要介绍糠醇的性质和用途,详细阐述国外木材糠醇树脂改性的研究进展、成果和商业化情况,并对未来研究方向和重点提出自己的看法和见解。
Furfurylation of wood is capable of significantly improving various performances of wood,including dimensional stability,resistance to microbial decay,insect attack and chemical degradation,hardness.The research on furfurylation of wood has regained increasing interests during the past decade and the Europe started commercial production of furfurylated wood in 2000.On the contrary,no reports have been published on this field in China until now.The paper briefly introduced the chemical nature and industrial utilization of furfuryl alcohols,detailed the research advances,achievements and commercialization of furfurlation of wood abroad and came up with suggestions on the future research direction and focus in the field.
