我国开展动物狩猎亟待解决的几个问题

Several Suggestions on Resuming Game Hunting in China

近5年来在国内2次关于开展国际狩猎的事件,引发了主管部门及广大民众对我国开展国际狩猎的理性思考。科学地开展国际狩猎无疑是有效管理野生动物资源的手段之一,但鉴于我国国情,开展国际狩猎面临诸多问题和挑战。文中通过追溯我国开展动物狩猎的传统和国际狩猎业的发展历程,分析我国开展国际狩猎与动物资源快速枯竭、动物保护教育及狩猎权主体之间的矛盾,指出我国开展动物狩猎应从建立健全相关法律法规和监督体系,理性开展动物保护教育及加快发展国内动物狩猎业等几方面稳步推进。

Twice gaming hunting events in nearly five years in China triggered rational introspection of game hunting from government authorities and the public.Undoubtedly,reasonable and science-based game hunting will be the effective management of wildlife resources,but in view of the national condition of China,resuming game hunting will be faced with many problems and challenges.This paper reviewed animal hunting traditions and international game hunting industry in China,analyzed the conflicts between China＇s resuming game hunting and animal resource depletion,animal protection education and hunting right holders.It was pointed out that game hunting should be steadily promoted in China by establishing and upgrading relevant laws regulations and the supervision system,rationally developing animal protection education and accelerating the development of domestic game hunting.
