实验性脑缺血皮层神经细胞、星形胶质细胞超微结构观察

通过结扎大脑脑底动脉血管,观察了缺血后不同时间的皮层神经细胞、星形胶质细胞的变化。线粒体在缺血后最先出现损伤改变,不同时间缺血的神经细胞改变并不一致,而同一时间缺血的神经细胞改变也并不完全相同。

Ultrastructure changes of asynch ronous ischemic cortical neuron and a strocyte were observed after clampping arteries on brain bottom of dogs. First ischemic injurious alteration was demonstrated in mitochondria in cytoplasm. Meanwhile, it was also confirmed that changes of asynchronous ischemic neuron show markedly different. However, neuronal alterations at same ischemic stage are not entirely equal either.
