阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的比较 被引量:10

Clinical Observation of Azithromycin Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children in Comparison with Treatment of Erythromycin

摘要 目的比较阿奇霉素与红霉素对小儿支原体肺炎的治疗效果,探讨阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法经血清学检测肺炎支原体抗体阳性的肺炎120例,随机分为两组各60例,治疗组采用阿奇霉素治疗,对照组用红霉素治疗,观察治疗前后患者症状,肺部体征的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.0%和86.7%,两组比较疗效差异不具有统计学意义,不良反应率治疗组、对照组分别为25%和70%,治疗组明显少于对照组。结论阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎优于红霉素,具有疗效好,不良反应少等优点,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect and security of azithromycin sequential therapy on mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) in children,and campare the effect of azithromycin and erythromycin.Methods On serum examination,the 120 cases of pneumonia were mycoplasma antibody positive,and were randomly divided into two groups.with 60 patients each.The treatment group were treated with azithromycin,while control group were treated with erythromycin.The symptoms,change of the lung signs and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90.0% and 86.7%.The comparison of two groups was not statistically significant difference;the adverse reaction rates in treatment group and control group were 25% and 70%,and obviously that of the treatment group was less than the control group.Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy on mycoplasma pneumoniae in children is better than erythromycin,with better curative effect and fewer side effects,and is worth the clinical promotion and application.
