三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术治疗三叉神经痛疗效观察

Avulsion of Inferior Maxillary Nerve in the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的:探讨三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:对29例原发性三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛患者,采用口内翼下颌韧带旁升支前缘径路,并附加颏孔区前庭沟径路,实施三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱。结果:术后观察0.5～5年未见复发,分支撕脱区域仍有麻木感。结论:对原发性三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛采用三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术,可以提高治疗效果,是一种值得选择的方法。

Objective： To evaluate clinical effects of ramification avulsion of inferior maxillary nerve in management of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods： 29 cases of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were retrospectively reviewed.Nerve avulsion was included inferior maxillary nerve and mental nerve branches.Results： There was no recurrence of neuralgia during 0.5-5 years follow-up.Loss of sensation and numbness was a result of nerve ramification.Conclusion： Ramification avulsion of inferior maxillary nerve may improve the therapeutic results and may be a facultative treatment for trigeminal neuralgia.
