摘要 用TM3500诊断系统检测30例动脉粥样硬化脑梗塞(CI)和40例对照的脑电活动地形图(BEAM)。结果示:病例组δ、θ频带平均功率谱(APS)均值在大脑半球各相应区明显高于对照组。以CI发生1~3天组最为显著(P<0.001),15~18天组中度增高(P<0.01),23天~30天组为轻度增高(P<0.05) The brain electrical activity mapping (SEAM) was taken and compared between the 30 patients with atherose leretic cerebral infarction and 40 controls The results indicated that them can value of average power spectrum (APS) in δ and θ frequency bands of global correspondent areas in the infarction group was much higher than that in the control group. The most remarkable elevation was within 1 to days after infarction(P<0.001), mode rate in 15 to 18 days (P<0.01) andlight in 28 to 30 days (P<0.05).
