脑出血和脑血栓形成患者前列腺素和凝血象变化的比较研究

本文比较研究了脑出血和脑血栓形成者发病48小时内的前列环素、血栓素、VW因子和抗凝纤溶活性的变化,发现两者均有血浆TXB_2和VWF含量升高,6—酮—PGF_(1α)含量无明显改变。而两者的区别有二:一是脑血栓形成者ATⅢ活性降低,而脑出血者无变化,二是脑出血者ELT缩短,FDP含量升高,而脑血栓者无明显改变。
