摘要
以病人为中心的医院文化建设是我院“双线六制”管理模式中的另一条主线。它以教育、导向、激励、凝聚和约束等功能,通过向职工不断地灌输教育,加强基础性建设,创造良好的文化氛围去规范员工的心态,用正确的价值观去约束员工的行为,用良好的医德去塑造医院的形象,以活动为载体增强医院的凝聚力,从而提高员工的整体素质,提高整个医院在市场竞争中的实力。
With development of market economy full of aspirations, opportunities as well as challenges, Health professionals: develop themselves, develop new powers and ideas, raise their understanding of the mission they undertake in the new big environment to a new and higher scientific level; make active explorations and bold experiments, and respect pioneering initiatives in management methods and organizational forms that conform to the laws of medical productive forces; absorb and use for reference the advanced technology and managerial expertise of other countries; set up a decision-making, enforcement and supervision system so as to form an effective incentive and control mechanism; conduct whole staff members'activities to promote ideological and ethical progress, in depth and in a protracted way, to facilitate sustained, stable, coordinated development of hospital services.
