城市社区卫生服务模式的探讨

Development of Urban Community Health Services

根据我国目前社区卫生服务的现状和存在的问题,结合不同地区的经济状况,对城市开展社区卫生服务的模式及配套政策等相关问题进行了探讨,认为不同地区应采取相应的模式开展社区卫生服务。

With more health services shifting to more community - based setting, coordinative reform measures have been explored and improved on: how to develop cooperation and partnerships between hospitals, community health service, and primary care so as to enable prompt, coordinated discharge from hosptal, decrease service fragmentation, track and assess the range of services throughout patient' s course of illness; ensure that appropriate training, resouvrces, tasks are assigned to those with correspodin advantages and that partners working together are likely to contribute to the development of each other; make increased and better use of the comparative advantages of community health service, such as universal access, stable population base, service ethos rather than pedantry, more possibility to take into account the views and wishes of service clients; conform to the need for community health service programmes to be dynamic, flexible, responsive to economic imperatives and other local conditions.
